FAQ
What is Ceramic Coating?
Ceramic Coating is a nanoceramic coating, also known as glass coatings, quartz, etc. Ceramic Coating will chemically bond, transforming itself on the surface to become a rigid, super-structure of nanoglass, protecting the substrate it is applied to indefinitely. The nanoceramic coating forms an exceptionally strong and durable shield, resistant to solvents, acids, alkalis, UV rays, harsh weather conditions and corrosion.
Why Should I Choose Ceramic Pro for my vehicle?
Ceramic Pro is a good investment. The coating will permanently protect the vehicle’s exterior and interior from deteriorating helping with the resale market value of your car. Ceramic Pro is also submitted into your vehicles CarFAX!
You can think of Ceramic Pro like a super wax. Due to the super slick, chemically resistant surface – dirt, brake dust, and tar will not stick as easily to your paint, wheels, or glass. When Ceramic Pro is properly bonded and cured, it will harden like glass and provide a flat surface that allows light to perfectly reflect off the surface which provides you with a deep shine and enhanced clarity.
How much does Ceramic Pro cost?
We have Packages to protect your vehicle with Ceramic Pro starting from $599.
How long does ceramic coating last?
Absolutely. After paint correction, older cars benefit just as much in terms of protection and shine.
Is ceramic coating worth it for older cars?
With proper care, most ceramic coatings last between 2 and 7 years.
What is Paint Correction?
Paint Correction is the process of correcting your paint of scratches, swirls, or any imperfections by machine polishing or sanding. This process is highly recommended for most cars because Ceramic Pro will essentially lock in the condition of your paint.
If you would like any buffing or polishing in the future, you will need to remove the ceramic coating first.
How does Ceramic Pro compare to ClearFX?
Both Ceramic Pro and ClearFX are high-quality ceramic coating systems designed to protect your vehicle’s paint, but they differ in formulation, durability, and finish. Ceramic Pro is known for its multi-layerable formula, long-term durability, and strong global reputation. ClearFX by RestorFX, while also effective, offers a different approach to paint protection with a focus on surface enhancement and gloss. At our shop, we can help you choose the right option based on your car’s condition, your driving habits, and your protection goals.
